The Hemlock Burn Trail in Chugach State Park has been approved by the park and is open to ride from top to bottom! The new singletrack connects Glen Alps with Prospect Heights and then to the network of Hillside singletrack trails.
This is just one of many trail projects that your membership has supported through disbursing funds that exceeded any ride permit fees, insurance, or other expenses (such as prizes). So, thank you for becoming a member and helping to support the fantastic trails we get to enjoy here in Anchorage!

Check out the ride schedule on this site and RSVP on the Meetup for a Solstice loop ride (June 22) from Prospect Heights, up South Rim and the Powerline and then back down on the new Hemlock Burn!
